Welcome to the Northeast Preschool Education Fair. This guide will help you understand the exhibition process more clearly so that you can better plan your participation plan:
Step 1: Apply for a booth
Exhibitors can download and fill in the "Exhibition Application Form" and fax it to the Organizing Committee Office (+86-10-86462722-803/812) or the exhibition recruitment agency authorized by the Organizing Committee to register for the exhibition.
Step 2: Review
After receiving your "Exhibition Application Form", the organizing committee office or the exhibition recruitment agency will review the qualification of the company for participating in the exhibition and notify the applicant of the review result within 5 days.
Step 3: Divide the booth
For companies that have passed the review, the organizing committee office or authorized exhibition agency will confirm the location of the booth according to the exhibition area plan, the size of the application area, and the order of registration, and return the application form.
Step 4: Sign the contract and remit
For companies with an exhibition area of 36 square meters or more, the organizing committee office or authorized exhibition recruitment agency will sign the exhibition contract separately. Exhibitors must remit money in accordance with the contract requirements and fax the remittance slip to the organizing committee office.
Step 5: Submission of conference materials
The Office of the Organizing Committee will notify exhibitors to submit the exhibition materials one month before the start.
Step 6: Apply for exhibitor badge
Exhibitors submit exhibitors' information online, and please refer to the "Exhibitor Manual"-"Certificate Handling" for the printing of exhibiting certificates.
Step 7: Refer to the manual
The Organizing Committee has published the "Exhibition Manual" on the official website, and exhibitors shall go through relevant exhibition procedures in accordance with the guidelines of the exhibition manual.
